1 sachet EIMELE CHOC SHAKE
2 free range eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Coconut or olive oil for cooking
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced to serve
Place eggs, banana, EIMELE CHOC SHAKE and baking powder in a blender and blitz until creamy. Heat frypan on medium heat, add a drop of coconut oil to coat the pan and spoon 1/4 cup mixture into the pan. Cook for 60 seconds on one side, flip and cook a further 30-45 seconds on the alternate. Set aside on a plate, cover and cook the remaining pancakes. Once cooked, divide between plates, top with strawberries and enjoy.
