Jacqueline Alwill’s Delicious Banana Chia Cacao Jar

3 tbsp (50g) chia seeds
1/2 cup (125ml) almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup natural, low fat dairy yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1/2 (40g) banana
1/2 cup berries
- In a bowl or jar, mix or shake chia, milk, vanilla, cacao, rice malt and allow to set for 10 minutes then mix or shake again.
- Cover and place in fridge to set over night.
- Serve topped with natural yoghurt, berries, extra banana and cacao nibs.
