VANILLA PROTEIN SLICE

½ cup tahini
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or melted coconut oil
2 sachets EIMELE VANILLA SHAKE
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup almond meal
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 eggs
Pinch sea salt
⅓ cup blueberries
Opt: sesame seeds for top
Heat oven to 170C and line a brownie tin with greaseproof paper. In a mixing bowl combine tahini, oil, EIMELE Vanilla Shake powder, maple syrup, almond meal, bicarb, eggs, salt and whisk together. Press into the lined tin, then spread blueberries over the top, pressing in lightly. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely in the tin, slice into 15 pieces and enjoy.
