1 x Eimele Tomato, Basil & Lentil Soup Sachet
1/2 cup (80g) cooked quinoa
1/4 small (40g) red capsicum, finely chopped
Small handful parsley leaves

Instructions:

  1. Place Eimele Tomato, Lentil & Basil Soup in a bowl with 300ml water, whisk, then add cooked quinoa, chopped red capsicum, parsley leaves and serve.
