RECIPE: PJB Bliss Balls

200g strawberries, hulled
1 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
3/4 cup almond meal
2 tbs coconut oil
large splash of maple syrup
1 tbs chia seeds
4 tbs @mayversfood skin on peanut nut butter
Place all the ingredients except the peanut butter into a food processor until mixture comes together. Roll into balls, poke a small hole in each ball and place a little peanut butter in the middle and seal before rolling in more coconut. Enjoy!
