Jacqueline Alwill’s Overnight Chia Oats

Ingredients:
30g chia seeds
15 g rolled oats
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
125ml almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
150g fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
- Combine chia, oats, honey, almond milk and cinnamon in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Let set for 10 minutes then mix again and place in fridge overnight.
- Mix strawberries in the following morning and enjoy.
