Ingredients:
1 x Eimele Purple Yam & Squash Soup Sachet
1/8 tsp ground cumin powder
1/8 tsp ground smoky paprika
Pinch chilli flakes
Handful finely chopped coriander
1/4 cup cooked kidney beans
Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place Eimele Purple Yam and Squash Soup in bowl with 300ml water, whisk, then add cumin, coriander and chilli flakes.
  2. Add chopped coriander, kidney beans, sea salt and black pepper and serve.
