Ingredients:
1 x Eimele Purple Yam & Squash Soup Sachet
1/2-1 tbsp dukkah
Handful chopped parsley leaves
1/4 cup cooked lentils
Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place Eimele Purple Yam and Squash Soup in bowl with 300ml water, whisk, then add miso paste, sea salt and black pepper and whisk.
  2. Then add cooked lentils, dukkah, parsley, sea salt and black pepper and serve.
