Samantha Flook’s Eimele Kakadu Plum Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 x Eimele Kakadu Plum, Pineapple & Coconut Porridge Sachet
2 cups organic frozen mango
1/2 cup kale (leaves removed from stem)
1/4 avocado
1 cup almond or coconut milk


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bullet or blender!
  2. Pulse to break up ingredients
  3. Blend until all ingredients are combined
  4. If you’re ingredients are a little chunky add a little more water, then blend
  5. Once your smoothie is silky smooth transfer to a bowl
  6. Top with some cacao nibs, pumpkin and sunflower seeds plus some hemp seeds!
  7. Take 3 breathes observing your meal and using your senses before consuming
  8. Taste all the elements within your smoothie bowl. Most of all enjoy!
