Ingredients:
1/2 x Eimele Kakadu Plum, Pineapple & Coconut Porridge Sachet
2 cups organic frozen mango
1/2 cup kale (leaves removed from stem)
1/4 avocado
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup kale (leaves removed from stem)
1/4 avocado
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a bullet or blender!
- Pulse to break up ingredients
- Blend until all ingredients are combined
- If you’re ingredients are a little chunky add a little more water, then blend
- Once your smoothie is silky smooth transfer to a bowl
- Top with some cacao nibs, pumpkin and sunflower seeds plus some hemp seeds!
- Take 3 breathes observing your meal and using your senses before consuming
