2 tsp miso paste
1 tbsp walnuts
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2-1 asian shallot
Sea salt and black pepper
- Whisk together miso paste with 2 teaspoons hot water until liquid consistency.
- Place Eimele Purple Yam and Squash Soup in bowl with 300ml water, whisk, then add miso paste, sea salt and black pepper and whisk again.
- Stir through walnuts, baby spinach and asian shallots and serve.
