1 x Eimele Purple Yam & Squash Soup Sachet
2 tsp miso paste
1 tbsp walnuts
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2-1 asian shallot
Sea salt and black pepper


  1. Whisk together miso paste with 2 teaspoons hot water until liquid consistency.
  2. Place Eimele Purple Yam and Squash Soup in bowl with 300ml water, whisk, then add miso paste, sea salt and black pepper and whisk again.
  3. Stir through walnuts, baby spinach and asian shallots and serve.
