1⁄3 cup coconut yoghurt

1⁄2 cup melted butter

1⁄2 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

1 cup ripe bananas, mashed

1 teaspoon baking powder

1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups almond meal

1/2 of coconut flour OR 1 EIMELE SHAKE VANILLA

1 banana, sliced to decorate

Banana choc
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Banana pecan
1 cup chopped pecans

Banana blueberry
1 cup blueberries

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Mix all the wet ingredients together then sift in dry ingredients. Fold together until combined.

Add chosen ingredient and place in greased baking pan. Top with sliced banana. Cook for 45-50 minutes until a knife poked into the centre comes out clean.

*For a vegan version, simply replace one egg with one tablespoon of water with 1 tablespoon of flax.
