⅔ cup natural peanut butter

2 sachets EIMELE CHOCOLATE SHAKE MIX 

3 tablespoons raw cacao powder

2 free range eggs

3 tablespoons maple syrup 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Heat oven to 170C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Spoon tablespoon measures onto a tray, roll into balls and then press down lightly with your fingers. Cook in the oven for 12-14 minutes then cool completely on the tray.
