1 sachet EIMELE Vanilla Shake 

1 cup (285g) frozen and defrosted blueberries 

1 cup (92g) shredded coconut

1 1/4 cups (150g) almond meal

3 tablespoons (45ml) melted coconut oil 

2 teaspoons (10ml) vanilla extract


Place all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blitz until a dough forms. Spread into a lined loaf tin, sprinkle with extra shredded coconut and some hemp or sesame seeds if handy and place in freezer to set for 3 hours. Slice into 18 pieces, store and eat from freezer.
