RECIPE: COFFEE ICY POLES 

Serves 4

Gluten free : Dairy Free : Vegan 

 

115ml coconut milk 

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons (40ml) maple syrup 

2x EIMELE Metabolism Boost Coffee Sachets

1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water 

 

In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, vanilla and maple syrup. Fill about 1/3 of the icy pole containers with the milky blend. Set in the freezer for 20 minutes. Whisk together boiling water and Eimele Metabolism Boost Coffee. Allow to cool slightly then whisk in remaining milky blend. Pour into the icy pole containers, add the stick, and freezer for 5-6 hours.
