Ingredients:
2 scoops vanilla hemp Vida Glow plant protein
1 medium frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup coconut milk or preferred plant milk
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Water if needed to create desired consistency, should be thick


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients and pour into a bowl.
Notes:
Optional Toppings: Fresh blueberries (or frozen), 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp coconut flakes.
Can substitute with any healthy plant protein powder.
