Jacqueline Alwill’s Berry Avocado Brekky Bowl

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Pinch cinnamon
To Serve:
Seasonal fresh fruit (optional)
Granola/oats, nuts and seeds
Instructions:
- Place frozen banana, frozen berries, avocado, hemp seeds, chia seeds and yoghurt in a food processor or blender and blitz until creamy and uniform in texture.
- Top with seasonal fresh fruit, granola or muesli, nuts and seeds and serve.
Notes:
It’s important to freeze the banana and berries (you can use store bought frozen berries) the night before so it creates the creamy texture in the bowl.
